應該有很多人都有聽過這個名字，那PMP到底是什麼？ 國際專案管理師(Project Management Professional)， 然而何謂專案管理？ 根據美國專案管理學會（Project Management Institute, PMI）的定義： 「專案管理是將管理知識、技術、工具、方法綜合運用到任何一個專案之上， 使得專案得以達到目標及滿足利害關係人。」 專案經過啟動、規劃、執行、監控、結案這五大流程， 而專案經理人則運用專案管理的九大知識對專案進行管理， 讓專案可以如期、符合品質要求並在成本內完成。 知名雜誌指出，專案管理人才將取代MBA成為新一代熱門職業， 而當然相對的薪資待遇是相對的比較高的。 PMI統計，在2008年底專案管理人才薪資待遇調查， 亞太地區專案管理人員平均年薪十一萬八千美元， 看到這邊，你有沒有想要得知PMP證照是怎麼考取？ 考取的限制又是什麼？ PMP的報考資格限制： 1.學士學位以上者須具備三年(36個月)專案管理經驗， 並且至少有4500 小時以上專案管理或領導經驗。 2.高中或同等學歷者須具備五年(60個月)專案管理經驗 ， 並且至少有7500 小時以上專案管理或領導經驗。 台灣的PMP人才大都集中在大公司(EX：IBM、HP、台積電等)， 中鋼公司甚至還要求其外包廠商，必須具備PMP資格。 外國更不用說了，中國將PMP列於國家七大證照之一。 08京奧、10上海世博都規定招標廠商必須具有PMP資格， PMP熱門程度，從此可以見一般。 詳細資訊:http://ppt.cc/Z1qG -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 199.255.210.7
