自排車用低檔行駛有什麼影響?

平地都是用D檔在行駛，但是車上若載了3.4人後，用D檔會很力不從心，打到3檔會發現動力變得很充足。

所以想問一下，如果平時行駛都改用3檔或是2檔，對車子會有不好的影響嗎?本身只知道低檔就動力(扭力?)較大，尾速比較低，我打到3檔，速度大約就在8x上下，要再更快要油門踩更大，持此之外呢?自己平常在省道跑也都是7.8十，改3檔跑比較有力，就怕對車子會有不好的影響，還是說，反而有好處?

(平常只有載多人和爬坡會換低檔，不然都是D檔跑。)
