情侶縱火案移審

震驚社會的情侶縱火案主嫌呂哲明，被檢方依殺人未遂等罪嫌起訴，檢方今上午10點多，將嫌犯及卷證移審新北地方法院，在法警戒護下，戴上手銬步向法院，過程中不發一語。新北地院接手後，隨即將分案，抽出受命法官、閱卷後，將召開接押庭。

據了解，呂男因上網認識黃姓少女並交往，上個月9號凌晨，黃家位於新北市的住家突然起火，黃家母親、弟弟及弟媳遭嗆傷，黃父以為女兒受困，不顧危險衝進火場找人，因呼吸衰竭送醫，險些喪命。檢警調閱監視器畫面，發現縱火者是黃女與呂男。
