請懂的法律的人幫我解決法律問題?

朋友的房子被法拍,我有對方有跟我借錢的借據,也跟法院裁定證明,而對方討債公司有所懷疑,而裁定證明移送法院,對方如果提告我會有什麼問題?
1,如果提告我本人有需要出庭嗎?或可請律師代替出庭嗎?
2.提告後我不想出庭,而把裁定證明拿回是否可以?而拿回後會有後續的法律問題嗎?
