北市查獲媚登峰3款過期食品 22款過期化粧品

知名美容塑身業者媚登峰，去年八月，遭到民眾檢舉販售過期食品，台北地檢署今天(三號)再度指揮調查局台北市調處，搜索媚登峰總公司、美連雲店，在美連雲店查獲三款逾期食品，各過期一年多；另外這次還稽查到二十二種化粧品過期，其中一款面膜過期超過三年，衛生局也稽查發現，有二十九種化粧品疑似遭塗改有效期限。(林麗玉報導)

台北市衛生局去年八月，已經接獲過民眾檢舉，媚登峰健康事業公司販售過期食品，衛生局也在媚登峰西門店、美連雲店倉庫，稽查到過期食品，衛生局也立即開罰六萬元，而北市衛生局這次是配合台北市調查局，同步稽查媚登峰安和路總公司、美連雲店，結果在美連雲店查獲到三款過期食品，分別是「御梨寶飲品」、「御母寶飲品」、「活采優骨素」，各過期一年多，另外還稽查到「熱活彈力精華」等二十二種化粧品過期，其中一款「極緻調理面膜」過期三年多，衛生局藥物食品管理處長邱秀儀說，對於過期食品，衛生局將依照違反食品衛生管理法開罰六到一千五百萬元罰款，過期化粧品也可以依照消費者保護法要求立即下架，如果業者不改善，可以依照同法，處六萬到一百五十萬元不等罰款。

另外這次衛生局也稽查，發現媚登峰「集中修護專業療程組」等二十九種化粧品，疑似遭業者塗改有效日期，衛生局已經依照行政程序調查，如果違規屬實，也會依法處辦。
