E4300 更換CPU

小弟的E4300服役多年 目前仍頭好壯壯
陸續更換了硬碟及RAM 所以仍是威猛無比

目前的CPU是 intel Core2 Duo P9400 2.4G
不知道是否能更換為近年來主推的i系列呢?
如果不行 是否有其他可行CPU升級方案? 能增加多少效能了呢?

目前windows體驗指數 較低的是圖形3.9 遊戲圖形3.4
其他項目都是6.0
還是小弟其實需要的是外接式顯卡??

目前主要都是工作使用 不打電動 常用軟體為
office系列 各款瀏覽器 vmware等
