北市14時停班　副市長要公僕勿抱怨

【蔡亞樺／台北報導】因應蘇力，台北市副市長丁庭宇上午10時半前往文山區木柵路4段、萬芳抽水站旁的雨水下水道，勘查北市環保局進行下水道清污作業，他說，市長郝龍斌下午2時會回到台北，指揮一切救災行動。  

媒體詢問下午2時停班，引來公務員抱怨午休1時半結束、隔半小時又放假，丁庭宇說，這不會造成太大壓力，「不管民間或政府單位都一致，還有許多公務員要加班做好準備工作，像我也沒休假要一直做到晚上」。
