伴屍3日　男持利剪與警僵持遭制伏

台南市1名60歲陳姓男子和71歲的哥哥同住，日前哥哥疑似因心肌梗塞猝死，竟未向外求援，獨自伴屍3天。警消13日接獲報案破門而入時，男子持剪刀跟鋁棒意圖攻擊，僵持許久終於制伏，將他送醫治療，警方也將深入釐清哥哥死因。

據《蘋果日報》報導，2人的妹妹發現大哥沒有準時到養老院看母親，察覺有異，13日傍晚到府前路一段兄弟住所察看，結果發現不只大門反鎖，還有一股濃濃的屍臭味，趕緊打電話報警處理。

消防員破門後，警方與拿著剪刀跟鋁棒的陳家二弟僵持約20分鐘，最後經家屬同意，以強勢警力制伏後將他送醫治療。警方發現陳家大哥遺體已經發黑、腐臭多時，但並沒有明顯外傷，警方將請檢察官勘驗遺體，釐清死因。
