午後對流旺盛　中部以北防大雨

【張勵德／台北報導】由於午後對流雲系發展旺盛，氣象局發布大雨特報，提醒中部以北地區、南部山區、東北部山區及東部山區午後有局部大雨發生機會，提醒民眾注意瞬間大雨、雷擊、強陣風及溪水暴漲。氣象局特別提醒，由於蘇力颱風帶來連日大雨，山區土石鬆動，山區應慎防坍方及落石。
