棒球 想學變化球!!

國中剛畢業身高173公分體重55

我的姿勢是4分之3投法

可是我不知道要投哪一種變化球

球速大約105~118之間

手指沒有說很長 但是中指跟別人比起來稍微比較長

我不會投變化球從以前到現在都只投直球

我也去找各種投變化球的握法去試看看 可是每次都只會向直球這樣飛平平的過去

沒什麼改變
