關於中職選手年資的問題請教

如題,今天新聞好像說余賢明自請離隊,因為一直待在二軍沒有出頭的日子,告知球團將他釋出又不可行,為了未來生計只好自請離隊。

我想問的是說:新聞在講,余賢明中職待了8年,第9年因為一直在二軍,所以不能算年資....這是真的嗎? 如果萬年二軍選手待了10年沒上過一軍,他的年資也是0喔

還是我搞錯了,新聞說的年資是指一軍的年資...這樣也感覺很怪...日職和美職的規定也是如此的嗎
