求救~~~ Xperia P 無法更新(6.2.A.1.100)

昨天突然發現可以更新系統
開心的接了筆電
裡面本來就有安裝PC companion
然後等了一段時間
到了第三步驟
電腦與手機斷開後
按下音源健向下在重新接上
筆電就出現藍色錯誤畫面 自動關機
試了快十次都這樣
每次都藍色錯誤重新開機
請問各位知道為什麼會這樣嗎?!
不會是我手機的問題
因為我拿了同一型號別人的手機試過了也是這樣
難道是筆電問題嗎?
可是之前更新也都是用那台筆電啊......
拜託各位高手救救我吧.......
