地役權設定供通行用的影響？

道路保留地地役通行設定，••••••小小有道路保留地，剛剛兩側他人土地都會在最近這1、2年會蓋屋，他們目前並無意購買這政府未徵收的保留地，但有要求設定地役權以供通行用。請問設定地役通行，如果一側設定全部道路保留地役權後。將來另一側也要求設定地役通行，全部道路保留地役權後。將來另一側也要求設定地役通行，是否也可與之設定地役通行？這樣一塊地作多次設定通行合法？或是設定地役通行可以毋需設定（全部）道路保留地，亦即設定一部份如二分之一設定？法律會是如何規定？請教諸位先進
