強拆華光社區 居民控訴無安置

台北市華光社區住戶目前已陸續收到強制拆除通知，但部分弱勢家庭在現有社會救治制度下無法獲得居住空間，也無條件自力救濟，其中光明里的余家就是如此。余賜秦老先生今天帶著氧氣筒現身立法院召開記者會，細數家中弱勢狀況，並控訴政府無有效安置，讓他們至今遍尋不著適合租屋處。
