關於2G門號轉3G

最近想把用很久的中華電信2G卡改成3G卡
順便把188專案變成183
有幾個問題想請教各位大大一下

請問
因為門號是掛在父親名下，要換卡的話他直接去中華電信辦理就好了嗎?
有需要我的舊2G SIM卡或是什麼嗎?

申請換卡之後2G卡會直接被斷訊 改成新的3G卡嗎?
因為暫時不打算申請行動網路，那3G可以像2G一樣停掉網路嗎? 之前2G卡插在手機裡直接無預警自己偷吃網路，後來電話費爆表...打到客服後才幫忙扣除一些金額，3G的卡會有誤觸網路可能嗎?還是沒辦行動網路就不能用網路了?
