總統令：嚴德發接任副參謀總長兼執行官

（軍聞社記者林宜慶臺北一日電）總統府昨天公布總統令，特任海軍二級上將陳永康為國防部海軍司令部司令，陸軍二級上將嚴德發為國防部參謀本部副參謀總長兼執行官。命令自民國一０二年八月一日生效。

總統令表示，國防部海軍司令部司令海軍二級上將董翔龍，已准退伍；國防部參謀本部副參謀總長兼執行官海軍二級上將陳永康，國防部參謀本部副參謀總長陸軍二級上將嚴德發，另有任用；均應予免職。
