我家老狗又有乳腺瘤了

我家狗狗14年了已經算很老很老了，是混血的土狗是母的，很小的時候就結扎了
今年大約2.3月的時候已經發現有乳線瘤像雞蛋大小，有兩顆
一顆在靠近尿尿的地方，一個是在最下面的乳頭那邊，上我找了資料 也帶去給獸醫
手術...可是5月又發現又長了，家人說...別再讓他動刀了，可是現在那個瘤破掉了...
一直流血水，真的不知道該怎辦 能請各位給我意見嗎?
