軍檢抗告成功 陳毅勳反應沮喪

洪案269旅禁閉室戒護士陳毅勳交保這段期間在蘭指部營區內，每天接受心理輔導，心情已從原本的沮喪逐漸平復，但是今天晚餐時間，從餐廳電視看到軍檢專案小組抗告成功的新聞報導，心情又再次盪到谷底，當場放下筷子，難過到吃不下飯。

陳毅勳下餐廳後沒多久，馬上接到高等軍事法院的羈押庭訊通知，隨即回寢室簡單收拾行李，臉色凝重，不發一語，傍晚六點多搭車離開宜蘭金六結營區，前往高等軍事法院靜候羈押庭結果。
