小鸚鵡雙腳無法站立 急

我家有一隻小鸚鵡 養了快一個月
還不太會飛
在昨天
他被嚇到以後直接從桌上往地上飛
不知道是落地有問題還是怎樣
他就無法再站起來
2隻腳雖然可以動可是無力
平常只餵他飼料和水
該怎麼辦?

或是有人可以提供鳥類專家或鳥醫生的E-MAIL麻?
