控長照中心疏失害墜樓　院長員工不起訴

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市1名李姓男子在仁愛區1間老人長照中心療養，不料今年2月底竟從7樓墜落，造成李男脊椎損傷、顱內出血等傷勢。家屬指控長照中心疏失，沒將7樓門窗關上，才導致李男墜樓，怒告院長及1名員工過失傷害。
 
檢方勘驗現場發現，因為墜樓的地方是防災逃生處，門窗才未上鎖，研判是李男自行跳樓，排除意外墜樓嫌疑，難以認定院長及員工有過失，上周五檢方予以不起訴處分。
