回應聯合報 財政部啟動私菸稽核

聯合報今天報導，走私菸恐入侵首都台北市。財政部國庫署今也立即協同台北市財政局啟動稽核，未來將進行實地稽核、海關查驗、品質送驗，希望斷絕私菸源頭。

國庫署官員表示，針對聯合報報導，台北市財政局今晚已至龍山寺查核是否有走私菸；每包香菸基本稅賦約新台幣32元，加上運費、人力、管理費用，「1包香菸售價若低於40元，就很不正常」。

國庫署表示，台北市財政局將要求業者出示進貨憑證和進口報單，查核是否取得進口許可和合法報稅證明；國庫署也將通報海關註記「高風險廠商」，未來貨櫃進關將「必審必驗」，並將夜市所販售的商品抽查送驗，檢驗菸品成分及尼古丁是否超量。
