After Effects...

或者把影片輸出成靜態圖檔一格一格用Photoshop畫遮照處理也行...
或者任何可以疊圖層和畫遮照的影像處理軟體都行

這些都是要手工的,
沒有軟體能夠"1-click"(一鍵)解決
