【政治中心／台北報導】監院內訌加劇，民進黨立委及民間推動廢除監察院聯盟要求監察院長王建煊自動請辭，王建煊下午表示，「你覺得我會辭職嗎，我告訴你，我連想都沒想過，好笑！為什麼要辭職？」

綠委及民間團體要求王建煊請辭，王建煊接受中央社專訪時反問說：「辭職有用嗎？」王建煊說，他並沒有犯錯，如果有錯當然應該辭職，他說，「監委如果有接受張通榮招待吃飯吃3次，那才要辭職啊，講話要講道理嘛。」
