嘉義縣長張花冠被控在大埔美香草藥草生物科技園區BOT開發案收受廠商新台幣3000萬元賄款，嘉義地檢署今天依貪汙起訴。

檢方並建請法院對張花冠從重量刑，以維官箴；同案被告立委陳明文、前經建會副主委張景森則因事證不足，獲檢方不起訴處分。

檢調去年7月底同步搜索嘉義縣政府及縣長官邸，並傳喚前後任嘉義縣長陳明文、張花冠，訊後各以新台幣100萬元、300萬元交保。（中央社）
