台鐵排骨便當縮水　縮水幅度達2成

【綜合報導】台鐵人氣商品排骨便當縮水。民眾向《蘋果》投訴，指日前在台北車站買60元的排骨便當，發現排骨明顯變小，咬5口就沒了。為此《蘋果》前天和昨天針對台鐵銷量最大的3處餐廳製作的60元排骨便當，進行排骨重量實測，發現逾45%重量不足情形超過台鐵容許的誤差值，縮水幅度高達15%到20%。

據台鐵和排骨供應商簽訂的合約，排骨每片重量應達100公克，但可有10公克的誤差值。消基會秘書長雷立芬質疑，台鐵訂定10公克誤差值應該就是考量到含水量的誤差，差到20公克實在差太多了，台鐵應該說清楚講明白。台鐵說，本周將找廠商研議，希望可再提升排骨供貨品質。
