補習班前佔用騎樓後佔用防火巷

家中騎樓用為私用，後方庭院屬他私人土地，但連防火巷也一並用磚頭蓋圍牆高度大概一米6以上是有留大概(寬一米左右的走道未圍圍牆)。這家補習班已開一陣子了，這樣這家補習班消防檢查會過嗎，(佔地行為)都是後來才做的。(因覺得如遇到火災有防礙到孩童逃生)，補習班不是每年12月才有大規模檢查嗎，可以找人馬上檢舉嗎~~~問題有那些~~
