改良行為：指不變更共有物之性質，而增加其效用或價值之行為
利用共有物之行為：不變更共有物之性質而為使用收益之行為

共有人將共有房屋出租他人，屬於：
(A)保存行為 (B)改良行為 (C)處分行為 (D)利用行為
答案：D
