歐美經濟報喜 可望迎接股市主升段行情

受到聯準會9月可能縮減購債規模的擔憂，美股近期拉回整理，但歐洲經濟喜訊頻傳，加以高盛、摩根大通及瑞士信貸等券商相繼調高歐股展望，支撐世界股價指數今年來仍上漲14%，優於新興市場指數下跌逾8%的表現。

富蘭克林投顧表示，近期美歐股市回檔反應的是量化寬鬆退場的預期，並非對景氣下滑的疑慮，未來若聯準會真的開始退場，預告對美國經濟成長的信心。

輔以歐日英央行維持低利政策，全球資金環境依舊充沛，短線股市波動應視為空手者積極進場的機會，因為當市場塵埃落定，全球股市將反應基本面而邁入主升段行情，側重歐美的環球股票基金可列為股票資產的核心首選。
