調查局偵辦中油流量計採購弊案，查出高雄石化事業部等單位，有4名工程師利用審查驗收職權，向殷捷企業索賄數百萬元，並接受招待喝花酒；北機站20日搜索約談工程師江律穎、楊正男、藍振榮、郭慶輝等人到案，深夜移送北檢複訊。
