公路車如何改更輕的齒比？

之前從朋友那邊接收一台二手公路車
它是前50/34，後11-32
因為我不競賽，只想輕鬆休閒騎
所以希望能改成更輕的齒比(希望齒比能小於1)
覺得改三盤好像還不太夠(腳力很差)
我看網上有人用登山車的飛輪去改
這樣改沒有問題嗎？假如能改要如何改？
或是有沒有其他方法？
