區段徵收 已取得3千多公頃公設地

內政部政次蕭家淇22日指出，至101年底止，我國共辦理完成的區段徵收地區，共完成95區，總面積7千673公頃。其中，取得道路、公園、溝渠等公共設施達3千550公頃，依市價要上兆元，因此，區段徵收是政府推動都市土地整體開發建設的「適當手段」。

蕭家淇說，己完成區段徵收地區，如新竹縣政中心、宜蘭縣政中心、高鐵5個車站特定區、台北大學特定區、新板橋車站特定區、台北市基隆河截彎取直區段徵收。
