長輩的SONY手機出現異狀

小弟有一位長輩的SONY手機出現異狀
就是螢幕上方出現一串英文
而且滑過的地方會出現軌跡
(在時間下方有一條藍線)
小弟有送去維修站問人
但工程師沒上班(星期天送去的)
不知道有沒有哪位大大可以幫小弟一下
因為我覺得只是長輩按到某些設定而已
先感謝大大們熱心幫忙囉~
