中華電信手機方案和費率問題

最近手機的合約快到期了，考慮要更換費率，目前是用383的，但用了後發現太低，我打網內的比較多，還有簡訊，其他的市話或他網都很少，我辦一組"我的熱線"，對方是用預付卡的，有沒有什麼方案/費率可以比較省錢的? (我們打電話居多)

另外我也在考慮換手機，現在中華有什麼方案不錯的嗎? 我目前是學生，也可以辦學生專案的，但我看了辦天那些說明...感覺還是 糊殺殺 = =

所以麻煩各位給我兩種方向: (1) 純改費率 (2) 申辦新手機才能有的優專方案
