是的 已經犯罪
這是成立的公然侮辱罪
但是,是告訴乃論罪
倘若真的告了是可以和解的只要誠心的跟對方到個歉
我相信就能化險為夷

在網路上公然侮辱或毀謗他人，在民事方面是侵害了他人的人格權(名譽)，
因此被害人(若所陳述被害人的說明為事實則不成立).
陳述事實-無罪!!
加油添醋，無中生有就叫毀謗-有罪!!!

所謂的公然侮辱，是所為的侮辱行為，沒有涉及事實陳述，例如大罵幹x娘、
白癡智障...等。
