胖達人爭議　現任董座徐洵平按鈴控告前負責人莊鴻銘詐欺

胖達人麵包店涉嫌詐欺添加人工香精，檢警先在24日晚間，搜索位於台北市的總公司，並約談董事長徐洵平、總經理徐志鴻和財務、會計共4人，並於25日凌晨請回。25日北檢則約談前負責人莊鴻銘，經訊問後改列被告並以100萬交保。只是風波愈演愈烈，現任董事長徐洵平在26日下午3時，前往台北地院按鈴控告莊鴻銘詐欺。

胖達人麵包店被踢爆添加人工香精，有廣告不實欺騙消費者嫌疑，檢察官偕同警方24日晚間前往胖達人位於台北市的總公司「生技達人股份有限公司」進行搜索，並約談董事長徐洵平、總經理徐志鴻以及財務、會計，但新經營團隊表示，團隊在8月19日才接手，並不清楚採購事項。

辦案人員說，香料字面上看不出來是天然還是人工，因此檢察官25日前往北市胖達人門市查扣香精樣品，以利進一步檢驗，並以證人身分約談前經營團隊的莊姓負責人、負責採購業務的洪姓副總、現任門巿王姓店長及負責提供配方的江姓麵包師傅。

藝人小S先生許雅鈞投資的「パン達人手感烘焙」（胖達人），日前被踢爆添加人工香精冒充天然酵母，涉嫌廣告不實引起民眾砲轟，小S 在26日趁錄影前空檔出面鞠躬道歉。

胖達人現任董事長徐洵平表示，將控告莊鴻銘詐欺，且發現莊鴻銘還以個人名義，在外承接公司清潔部分費用，懷疑他有侵占公款之嫌。
