多吃水果可抗糖尿 喝果汁沒效

【綜合報導】《英國醫學期刊》(British Medical Journal)今日出刊的一份報告指出,多吃新鮮水果有助於降低罹患糖尿病的機率,但喝果汁可能達不到顯著效果,甚至會出現反效果。

該報告針對18.7萬人進行研究分析,報告發現,吃藍莓最能有效抗糖尿,能降低26%風險。吃葡萄和葡萄乾則能降低12%罹患糖尿病的風險,而吃蘋果和梨子可降低7%風險。
