【林靜盛／雲林報導】雲林沿海今晨下起豪雨，麥寮、台西及四湖鄉等道路出現積水，水深20至50公分，一度湧進麥寮鄉民宅，且鄉內各級學校都因校園積水，緊急宣布停課；台西五港村凌姓民眾說：「已經連二週淹水了，我從晚上下大雨就不敢睡，水清晨3、4點左右開始淹！」即使馬上拿沙包擋水，庭院約50公分積水，還是滲進房內，希望政府快改善排水，否則每次大雨，家中都會泡水。
