美國影藝學院：安潔莉娜裘莉將獲頒人道獎

美國影藝學院(Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences)5日宣布，美國女星安潔莉娜裘莉(Angelina Jolie)將在奧斯卡(Oscar)頒獎典禮上，獲頒珍赫修人道獎(Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award)，以表彰她對人道工作的熱情奉獻。

美國影藝學院發表聲明說，安潔莉娜裘莉一直以來都熱誠地提倡人道工作，為了推動組織和社會正義對人道的努力而四處奔波。

聲明指出，這位在5月間宣布因為有BRCA1癌症基因而切除雙乳的女星，已為娛樂和慈善事業之間的關連立下標竿。

安潔莉娜裘莉不但和包括外交關係協會(Council on Foreign Relations)等支持人道的團體合作，也在2012年獲任命為聯合國難民事務高級專員公署(UNHCR)特使。

「珍赫修人道獎」過去的得主包括保羅紐曼(Paul Newman)、奧黛莉赫本( Audrey Hepburn)、法蘭克辛納屈(Frank Sinatra)、傑瑞路易斯(Jerry Lewis)、以及脫口秀主持人歐普拉(Oprah Winfrey)等。

此外，美國影藝學院也將頒獎榮譽獎給老牌影星史提夫．馬丁(Steve Martin)和安吉拉．蘭斯伯里(Angela Lansbury)、以及曾參與1971年「魂斷威尼斯」(Death in Venice)等著名電影的義大利服裝設計師托西(Piero Tosi)。

2014年的奧斯卡金像獎頒獎典禮，將在明年的3月2日舉行。
