薪資低　上班族搶當家教兼差賺外快

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】上班族薪資漲不動，使許多社會人士也搶進家教市場。1111人力銀行所屬家教網今公布統計，該網站徵求家教學生者中，有7成為學生、3成為社會人士，和去年同期相較，社會人士比率增加1成。家教老師需求量最大的學科則是英文、數學、伴讀。該網站針對424名從事家教者網路問卷調查也發現，受訪者每月平均兼2.66份家教工作，平均1個月靠家教的收入就可額外增加1萬1492元。

1111人力銀行公關總監李大華分析，家教老師工作，時薪平均200元起跳，較一般時薪109元高出數倍，動輒一個月就可輕鬆賺近萬元，長久以來是學生打工的重要管道之一；近年由於就業市場薪資低落，也讓有家教老師經驗的社會新鮮人及具備特殊專長的社會人士，將家教視為增加收入的兼職管道。

去年從研究所畢業、現在金融業工作的洪小姐說，大三起就利用課餘在國小補習班當輔導老師，研究所畢業後因家教學生還未畢業，所以就繼續利用下班時間兼家教，現還有3名家教學生，單靠兼差教學便能月入2.3萬元。
