交通部觀光局看準網路傳播快速、無遠弗屆的優勢，以及時下年輕人對3C產品的重度依賴，特別規劃了「旅行心台灣」網路旅遊特輯，邀請台日知名藝人輪番上陣擔任各輯主持人，一起行銷台灣。

這次邀請日本綜藝天王田村淳(小淳)，在「地陪」佐藤麻衣的陪伴下，前往大稻埕的百年茶行品茗，並大啖日前甫票選出爐的十大夜市小吃，要將最道地的台灣美食介紹給日本饕客。

小淳8日在推特上也以中文特別寫下，「明天去台灣♪(´ε｀ )」，引起網友熱烈關注，有網友反問他「真的嗎？」他也用中文回覆：「真的 ♪(´ε｀ ) 」。

外景期間將穿插趣味性十足的任務遊戲，小淳除了必須通過分辨茶葉品種來賺取品嚐小吃的零用金外，還要學習與小吃攤販討價還價的中文對話，並且充當叫賣美食的超級推銷員。小淳會如何發揮搞笑本性，推廣台灣美食呢？觀光局說，要大家拭目以待。
