可去買些健身器材,但我是每天做個100下仰臥起坐幾個禮拜就很結實了,但數量一定要慢慢加,才不會受傷,仰臥起坐一定要在軟的地面或床墊上作,不然會傷腰椎!祝你有傲人腹肌喔!
