新竹老爺「澎湖美食節」創意上菜

正值澎湖的菊島海鮮節，新竹老爺「Le Cafe自助餐廳」即日起至10月15日推出澎湖創意料理，有多項澎湖創意美味佳餚上菜。

新竹老爺西餐主廚鄭文彬，選用道地澎湖海鮮食材，做出多樣的創意料理，不論是冷盤、沙拉、熱食到甜點，都可以看到師傅的用心與巧思。

其中「辣味澎湖小管沙拉」，是一道酸甜可口的泰式風味開胃菜，「和風海藻拌石蚵」則是將新鮮海藻與和風醬攪拌，再放上新鮮石蚵，滿口都是軟嫩鮮美的海滋味。

除了各式各樣的海鮮料理外，知名的澎湖仙人掌也被運用在甜點，如「仙人掌慕斯」亮紅的色彩，十分吸睛。烘焙坊石英懿主廚將紅石榴果泥、仙人掌糖及新鮮檸檬汁一起打成泥狀來製作慕斯，底層鋪著香草蛋糕，酸酸甜甜，口感綿密，層次分明。
