天兔來襲／風大吹垮恆春民宅　颱風雨水淹稻田

天兔強颱發威肆虐，造成6萬戶斷電，民宅頂樓鐵皮屋被吹掀，招牌掉落，淹水等零星災情，目前天兔颱風逐漸遠離台灣，恆春半島風雨漸小，陽光微微露臉。

據報導，恆春鎮龍水里赤崁路水淹約莫一個成人高，旁邊稻田都浸泡在水中，至今還尚未全退去。龍水里1名75歲的獨居老翁王進川，可說是本次颱風少數「重災戶」之一， 21日颳起的14級強風，造成家裡磚造廚房屋頂被吹垮。

王姓老翁表示，凌晨2點時突然聽到一聲巨響，發現廚房滿地都是泥濘，豪大雨不斷灌進屋內，原來是屋頂被颱風吹掀，磚瓦飛落一地，他擔心得整晚沒睡，待清晨才開始整理家園。

中央氣象局在22日下午2時30分解除海警，天兔將挾帶豪雨直撲香港，但恆春半島、台東和宜蘭、花蓮及高屏山區仍需提防颱風外圍環流可能帶來豪雨，受北方高壓影響，周三起降溫。
