【綜合報導】日前因天兔來襲而洩氣躲颱風的黃色小鴨，今天下午3點正式在高雄光榮碼頭充氣復出！許多民眾湧入光榮碼頭，就是要搶在中秋連假最後一天，趕快一睹黃色小鴨可愛的模樣。
