知本溪潰堤 4村民受困

台東知本溪晚間潰堤，村民形容村內道路就像小溪，溪水很湍急，晚上10點半消防隊出動救生艇，但被強大的水流給沖走，最後以車身較高的砂石車進入村落救援，共救出29位村民，目前尚有4位村民受困。

據村民表示，潰堤位置在溫泉村溫泉路408巷附近的堤防，雖然有部分村民先行離開，但依然有3、40位村民來不及逃離，在消防隊的救援下，還有4位村民受困家中2樓。
