國民黨抗告 高院最快本周裁定

（中央社記者黃意涵台北23日電）立法院長王金平涉關說遭國民黨撤銷黨籍後聲請假處分獲准，國民黨因此提起抗告；台灣高等法院預計最快本週裁定。

最高檢察署特別偵查組6日舉行記者會表示，時任法務部長的曾勇夫、高檢署檢察長陳守煌涉嫌接受王金平關說，指示高檢署檢察官林秀濤，在柯建銘全民電通案獲判無罪後，不要上訴，讓柯建銘無罪定讞。

國民黨考紀會以「嚴重影響黨譽」為由，決議撤銷王金平黨籍後，王金平向台北地方法院聲請假處分及緊急處置。

台北地院13日裁准假處分，讓王金平以新台幣938萬1210元為相對人（國民黨）供擔保後，在確認黨員資格存在訴訟判決確定前，得繼續行使國民黨黨員權利。

國民黨提起抗告，並由委任律師陳明、林合民及李永裕於連假前到高院民事庭第3度遞抗告理由狀。

高院於18日收卷後分案，由受命法官王麗莉、陪席法官李媛媛及審判長魏麗娟組成合議庭承辦，裁定結果最快於本週出爐。1020923
