僑胞坑國保　衛福部：擬修法避道德風險

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】《蘋果》今報導，有上萬名在國外居留2年以上遭除籍的僑胞，在年滿65歲前返國設籍納保國民年金，其中已有約4600人年滿65歲，開始領取每月至少3500元的老年年金，1年坑走2億元。對此，衛生福利部今晚回應，在國內曾有戶籍且因恢復戶籍領取老年年金給付的僑民，僅佔全部老年年金給付人數1.12％，國保老年年金領取者主要仍為長期居住國內的國民。

衛福部也表示，為避免長期旅居國外者，在年滿65歲前才回國恢復戶籍短暫參加國保，即可長期領取年金給付所產生的道德風險，將把此問題納入未來修法考量。
