勞保 假日受傷 要去勞委會印那些表單

如果是上班途中受傷可以向勞保局申請第一種若不是則申請第二種
1.勞工保險被保險人上下班、公出途中發生事故而致傷害證明書傷病給付申請書
2.傷病給付申請書

我勞保目前才滿10個月
無任何影響只要待在公司一天就享有各種保險
如果是因公受傷則可向公司請公傷假若不是則請病假
