標題[新聞] 黑莓同意出售 47億美元成交

（中央社渥太華23日綜合外電報導）加拿大黑莓公司（BlackBerry）今天宣布，接受1個 投資集團以47億美元收購。這個集團計畫將黑莓下市。 黑莓公司發表聲明說，公司已「簽署意向協議書，以楓信金融控股公司（Fairfax Financial HoldingsLimited）為首的集團已報價收購本公司，但須經適當評鑑」。 加拿大億萬富豪沃薩（Prem Watsa）旗下的楓信公司本已是黑莓最大股東，手中股權近 10%。沃薩8月間在黑莓宣布有意求售時，即辭去黑莓的董事1職。 根據擬議中的交易，投資集團將以每股9美元收購流通在外股票；至於楓信手中股票將在 交易中捐出。 黑莓表示，公司董事會贊成這項計畫。一旦審查評鑑完成，這筆交易案可望在11月4日前 宣布，而相關時程也取決於投資集團取得融資的狀況。 http://ppt.cc/L-XY -- 黑苺掰掰，下一個是？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.44.213.99 ※ 編輯: Honorguard06 來自: 114.44.213.99 (09/24 07:42)
