兄弟爭祖產鬩牆　男揮2鐮刀砍兄長遭起訴

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市1名58歲張姓男子，今年3月24日上午10時許，與家人在暖暖區東碇路上掃墓，與62歲鄭姓兄長因祖產問題談不攏，爆發口角。張男竟拿出除草用鐮刀，左右手持雙刀猛砍鄭男，鄭男當場濺血，送醫檢查後發現身上有多處撕裂傷。
 
警方調查，張男有家暴頃向，家人已針對他申請保護令，訊後張男也坦承犯行。日前全案偵結，檢方依傷害罪起訴張男。
